This client came to me and liked the original entertainment area, but was far too hot under all the glass.
Besides all the glass the existing structure was riddled with water damage and had to come down for the safety of everyone.
Because there was an existing structure there was no need for a council approval.
So we set out to build something similar but made the area much more usable.
Ceiling was lined with pine lining boards and lights were installed for night time use, also a fan to help keep it cool during the super hot days. Brick fire place was built to the side to give some warmth for the area to be used in winter.
